Reviews From our Wonderful Guests:

The Starrett House has so much history and is so incredibly well-done that you will never want to leave! Fantastic hosts, and the location is within a five minute wall of everything Port Townsend has to offer. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at The Starrett Mansion was amazing! Such a beautiful and unique home. Our innkeeper went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Including, hot coffee or tea in the morning and a cozy fireplace at night. Not to mention great conversation and recommendations. We were so happy to be able to stay in such a unique and historical home. We spent our evenings listening to classical music with a nice bottle of wine in the communal living room. If you love Victorian homes and a quick walk to a downtown area- please, check this place out. Gorgeous!

This 1880’s Victorian mansion is a delightful and comfortable stay. Beautifully restored and furnished in period style, the old house is an historical landmark and cultural treasure of the Northwest. Our host was welcoming and patiently assisted us with the Airbnb App as we arrived without a reservation. Our host’s attention to detail was clear, the location on the bluff above the historic port was excellent, and if a traveler has interest in classic Victorian architecture, this neighborhood is a must visit. There are over 30 such magnificent homes in the process of or fully restored in this neighborhood of Port Townsend. There is a great bakery within 2 blocks. A small dog and tabby cat are occasionally about, both quiet and friendly. We will return here when we return to Port Townsend.
